Dubai Frame tickets price: AED 50 official vs resellers
Dubai Frame tickets cost AED 50 for adults and AED 20 for children on the official site, and no plain ticket is cheaper. Hours, best time to go and how to book.
Updated 7 minute read
The Dubai Frame costs AED 50 for an adult and AED 20 for a child aged 3 to 12 on the official site, and the cheapest plain reseller ticket, Headout’s, is the same AED 50 (checked 30 October 2026). The best time to go is late afternoon: the operator’s own pitch is the sunset from the glass bridge, and sunset falls at about 17:30 in November and December, so aim to arrive around 17:00.
Because the prices are level, the choice comes down to terms and convenience. The official ticket is for a date, not a time slot, and tickets are also sold at the park entrance.
Dubai Frame ticket prices: official vs resellers
Prices are per person, the lowest each seller showed on 30 October 2026. Reseller prices change, so trust the live table further down this page over any figure written here.
| Ticket | Official | Cheapest reseller | Who |
|---|---|---|---|
| Adult, general admission | AED 50 | AED 50 | Headout (Klook AED 51, Tiqets AED 52.52, GetYourGuide AED 53) |
| Adult, with cafe meal voucher | No bundle listed | AED 49 | Klook (a bundle, not like for like) |
| Child, 3 to 12 | AED 20 | Not tracked | Our reseller data covers adult prices only |
| Under 3 | Free | Not tracked | Check the seller’s age rules |
| People of determination and 2 companions | Free | Not tracked | Official booking and counter |
Klook’s AED 49 headline is a bundle with a Low Battery Cafe meal voucher, which Klook shows at AED 60 retail. Its plain ticket is AED 51. Headout also sells a version with a digital audio guide at AED 58. The official site sells a separate VIP ticket, but it shows that price only after you pick a date.
The VAT catch
The official booking page lists AED 50 and AED 20, but its basket adds a separate line for 5 percent VAT. The Visit Dubai listing prices adults at AED 52.50 and children at AED 21, which is the list price plus exactly 5 percent. We did not start a purchase, so we could not confirm the official total.
If the total is AED 52.50, Headout and Klook undercut it by AED 2.50 and AED 1.50, while Tiqets and GetYourGuide cost about the same as buying direct. Either way the spread on a plain adult ticket is AED 3, from AED 50 to AED 53. The Frame is also the cheapest viewpoint in our data: Sky Views is AED 89, The View at The Palm AED 115 and Burj Khalifa AED 189. See Dubai observation decks compared and the Burj Khalifa ticket guide.
Cancellation
Headout says its tickets cannot be cancelled or rescheduled, and Tiqets lists its ticket as non-refundable. The Visit Dubai listing says the same of its tickets. The operator’s own site publishes no refund policy. Treat every ticket as final once bought, and pick the date with that in mind.
Do you need to book ahead?
The operator recommends booking in advance, especially at weekends. For ordinary dates there is little pressure. On 30 October the official calendar showed between 5,900 and 6,000 tickets unsold for every November and December date we sampled, which suggests a daily cap of about 6,000. New Year’s Eve was already down to 4,923.
The calendar ends on 31 December 2026, so 2027 dates are not on sale yet. Each ticket is valid only on the date booked, and one e-ticket admits one visitor, so printing extra copies does not get a second person in. The operator also sells tickets at the park’s main entrance, which is the fallback if your plans change on the day.
Book ahead if you are going on a weekend or public holiday, or on 31 December. On a quiet weekday, buying once your plans are fixed costs you nothing.
Best time of day
The operator publishes no crowd data, so there is no official quiet hour. What it does promote is the sunset from the top of the bridge, along with the glass walkway and an illuminated musical fountain.
Sunset in Dubai is at about 17:30 through November and December, and 17:28 on 29 November is the earliest of the year. The official ticket covers the whole day (08:00 to 21:00 on every date we checked), so you can choose on the day. Arrive at Gate 4 by about 17:00. The lift takes 75 seconds to climb 48 floors, so you can be on the bridge before the light goes and stay as the skyline lights come on.
Dubai Garden Glow is next door at Zabeel Park Gate 3 and opens 16:00 to 21:00, at AED 73.50 on its official site. It takes about two hours, so the Frame at sunset followed by Glow fits one evening. See the Dubai Garden Glow prices.
Opening hours and Ramadan
The operator says the Frame is open all year, including weekends and public holidays, from 08:00 to 21:00. Some independent guides say 09:00 instead. The official booking calendar showed 08:00 to 21:00 for each date we checked, so we use the operator’s hours. The last-entry time is not published, so do not arrive in the final hour.
The operator says timing may change during Ramadan and on holidays but gives no hours. Two listings, Visit Dubai’s and Headout’s, show 11:00 to 19:00 in Ramadan. Treat that as indicative and call 800900 (24/7) before you go.
How long a visit takes
Allow about an hour. The operator gives no figure, and our data says about one hour. The route is a lift to the mezzanine galleries, then the Sky Deck level with the glass bridge. Give yourself more time if you want to watch the sun go down.
The Old Dubai gallery uses 3D projection and effects to show the city’s growth from a fishing village. The Future Dubai gallery is a swirl tunnel with audio and visual effects. It is the nearest thing to a “future” exhibit open right now, which matters if you came for the Museum of the Future, which is closed.
Kids, residents and free entry
- Children 3 to 12: AED 20. Under 3 is free. Children under 12 must be with an adult for the whole visit. The Visit Dubai listing uses 3 to 11 for the child price, so if your child is 12, check the age rule at checkout.
- UAE residents: the operator lists one price by age, with no resident rate. Visit Dubai’s listing also says price depends on age only. Resident-discount claims on coupon sites are unconfirmed.
- People of determination: free for the cardholder and up to two companions. The operator says this applies to cards issued by the UAE government. Companion tickets are issued at the ticket counter after you book.
- Strollers and bags: large bags and strollers go to the Gate 4 counter. No food, drink, pets or smoking inside.
Go City and other passes
Go City lists the Dubai Frame on its Explorer, All-Inclusive and Essentials passes, but you must reserve through Go City at least 24 hours ahead. At AED 50 the Frame alone never justifies a pass: the cheapest, Essentials, is USD 189 (about AED 694). Use the Go City pass calculator or read whether the pass is worth it if the Frame is one stop among several.
Getting there
The Frame is inside Zabeel Park, at Gate 4. The operator says you reach the park from Al Jafiliya Metro Station, and it publishes no parking details. A Gulf News report from February 2021 said Frame ticket holders skip the AED 5 Zabeel Park entry fee and pay AED 10 to park in the park’s lots. That is old, so confirm on 800900.
How to book it cheapest
- Check the live table on the Dubai Frame page. Official, Headout and Klook sit within AED 3 of each other.
- Take Klook’s AED 49 bundle only if you want the cafe voucher.
- Compare the final total after VAT, not the headline price.
- Pick a date, not a time. Book early for weekends, holidays and 31 December.
- Read the cancellation terms before paying. Most tickets are final.
- Bring one e-ticket per person, and arrive 10 to 15 minutes before you want to enter.
- Skip a pass unless the Frame is one of several paid stops.
