Klook vs GetYourGuide vs Tiqets vs Headout: cheapest in Dubai

Headout and Klook are the cheapest sites for Dubai attractions more often than GetYourGuide or Tiqets, but the official site is level or lower on about two tickets in five. We compared 28 tickets on 30 October 2026. Headout was cheapest or joint cheapest on 20 of its 25, Klook on 12 of 21, Tiqets on 7 of 24 and GetYourGuide on 5 of 22.

How we counted

The data holds 125 reseller prices across 27 attractions. Only some can be compared like for like. We counted a ticket when at least two sellers (the official site counts) price the same plain adult ticket. That gives 28 tickets at 22 attractions and 92 reseller prices. For 23 of those tickets the official site also has a price, which gives 77 reseller-against-official pairs.

We left out combos, tours with different operators (desert safari and dhow cruises) and any price without a matching official ticket. Ties count for every seller involved. Every price is a “from” price for an adult, taken on one day, without promo codes. Reseller prices change daily: Headout’s IMG Worlds special read AED 182.50 in our data and AED 200 when we reopened the page the same day.

One caution. For about half the offers, the match to the official ticket assumes the reseller’s plain adult entry is the same product. We checked the titles, but a mismatch is possible.

The typical gap against the official price is zero. The two prices were identical in 36 of 77 pairs, a reseller was cheaper in 27 and dearer in 14. When a reseller is cheaper, the median saving is AED 29, about 17%.

Headout’s lowest prices need care. Five theme-park and Green Planet prices need two or more tickets in one booking (AED 249 for MOTIONGATE and LEGOLAND, against AED 275 for one). We also saw a time-limited IMG Worlds special and an AED 68 Lost World Aquarium price that looks like an outlier. Swap in Headout’s one-ticket prices, drop those two and use Klook’s regular IMG Worlds price, and the table shifts. Headout falls to 18 of 23, Klook rises to 14 of 21, Tiqets stays at 7 of 24 and GetYourGuide is at 6 of 22. The order does not change.

GetYourGuide mostly matches the official price. Tiqets sits close to it. Klook and Headout are the two that discount.

Resellers undercut the official price most on theme parks and smaller attractions. Observation decks barely move; the observation decks comparison has the detail. Live tables for LEGOLAND Dubai and Dubai Miracle Garden are on their own pages.

Where the official site wins

The official site is the cheapest or joint cheapest on 10 of 23 tickets. That includes all three Burj Khalifa tiers, the Sky Views observatory, both The View at The Palm tickets, both Global Village tickets, Dubai Frame (level with Headout) and Aquaventure. The Burj Khalifa guide shows the price is identical everywhere.

Aquaventure needs a footnote. The official AED 270 is the lowest-date “from” price, and all four resellers show AED 360, so the real gap on a normal day is probably smaller. Cancellation, fees, currency and app deals

Cancellation is set ticket by ticket, so read the line for your exact ticket. The IMG Worlds ticket shows the spread. The official site says it is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Tiqets lists free cancellation and rescheduling until 24 hours before the visit. Headout says it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled.

Klook

• Cancellation: free, conditional or none, depending on the activity. You cancel free bookings yourself on the Bookings page, under “Apply for refund”. Refunds go back to the original payment method and take 3 to 14 days.
• Fees: Klook says it charges no additional handling fees. Your bank may add a foreign transaction fee, and PayPal may add its own.
• Currency: AED is one of 39 currencies you can book in.
• App deals: its help pages list promo routes (social media, the home page, referrals, Value Packs) but no app-only discount.

GetYourGuide

• Cancellation: it promises free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start on most activities. The terms sit on each listing.
• Fees: we found no booking fee. An optional paid Cancellation Upgrade is offered at checkout on some bookings and pays out if you cancel for any reason in the cover period.
• Currency: all 34 GetYourGuide prices in our data were read in US dollars and converted at 3.6725. Check which currency your checkout shows.
• App deals: we could not confirm a current app-only or first-booking offer on its own pages.

Tiqets

• Cancellation: the terms leave changes and refunds to the supplier, and refunds can be requested until 28 days after the ticket’s valid date. Many Dubai listings show free cancellation until 24 hours before.
• Fees: the terms list no booking fee, and the order amount shown at checkout includes VAT and fees.
• Currency: the currencies available appear at checkout. We saw AED on a Dubai listing, and the terms disclaim exchange-rate accuracy.
• App deals: none documented. A Tiqets blog page describes a 5% discount applied automatically at checkout through its deals page.

Headout

• Cancellation: set per listing. It starts a refund within seven days of receiving the money from the supplier, and falls back to Headout Credits if your payment method is unavailable. If you used a promo code, the refund is calculated after adjusting the discount.
• Fees: the terms say you pay the listed price, taxes and other fees, which can include a Headout service fee shown at checkout.
• Currency: you choose the display currency, and Headout sets the conversion rate. Your bank may add its own fee.
• App deals: its app page promises “app-only exclusive deals” but gives no figures.

How to book it cheapest

1. Check the official price first for observation decks and Global Village. Resellers do not beat it.
2. For theme parks and smaller attractions, compare Klook and Headout, then check the full Dubai price list for today’s numbers.
3. Look for “Book 2+ and save” wording. Those prices need two tickets.
4. Read the cancellation line for the exact ticket before paying.
5. Pay in AED where you can, to avoid a second conversion.
6. Compare the checkout total, not the headline price, because fees appear only there.
