Ain Dubai tickets start at AED 145 for a shared cabin on the official site, and the official site is the only seller we can price. Klook, Tiqets and Headout have no standalone ticket on sale, and GetYourGuide has delisted its own. Treat the wheel as unconfirmed. The official pages show daily hours and no closure notice, but Gulf News reported it closed in March 2026 and we found no reopening announcement. Prices were checked on 30 October 2026 and the sellers’ status messages on 31 October.

Ain Dubai ticket prices

Every figure is an official ‘from’ price, so the date you choose can change it. The booking page shows ‘From 0’ for the child fare until a date is picked, so we could not read a child price.

Ticket Official, from What you get
Views AED 145 Shared cabin, 360-degree views
Views Plus AED 195 Snacks and drinks, fast queue
Premium AED 265 Lounge access, priority access, soft drinks or mocktails
VIP AED 1,260 per cabin Private cabin for a party of 6, lounge, VIP entrance
Views Family Pass AED 415 per group 2 adults and 2 children
Views Plus Family Pass AED 560 per group 2 adults and 2 children

The site labels Premium ‘Most Popular’. If six people share the VIP cabin, it works out at AED 210 each, less than Premium. The site also lists a VIP Plus cabin for 10 with no price.

The family passes beat single tickets. Four Views ‘from’ prices come to AED 580, so the pass saves AED 165. Four Views Plus prices come to AED 780, so that pass saves AED 220. The hidden child fare means the real saving on your date may differ.

Is Ain Dubai open?

We cannot confirm it. This is what we found:

  • The official site lists 10:00 to 21:00 daily, with last admission at 20:15, and sells dated tickets. It shows no closure notice.
  • Gulf News reported the wheel closed for the day on 1 March 2026 as a precaution. On 24 March 2026 it reported the wheel temporarily closed, with no reason and no reopening date.
  • We found no article announcing a reopening.
  • Tiqets says ‘We don’t have these tickets right now’. Headout says ‘This experience is unavailable’.
  • The official FAQ says the wheel does not run in a sandstorm, rain or heavy wind, or during technical faults. It does not show live status.

The wheel reopened on 26 December 2024 after more than two years shut, so closures are not new. Email guestservices@aindubai.com, or call 800 2629464 within the UAE, the number Gulf News gave for bookings and refunds, before you pay.

Official vs resellers

Seller Standalone ticket
Official From AED 145, dated tickets on sale
Tiqets Lists AED 145, but says it has no tickets right now
Headout ‘This experience is unavailable’
Klook No standalone offer in our 30 October data
GetYourGuide Standalone ticket delisted

GetYourGuide still sells a marina yacht cruise with Ain Dubai entry from AED 280. It is a 1.5-hour cruise with soft drinks and a shared-cabin ticket for non-prime hours (12:00 to 16:30 and 20:00). You cannot compare it with a AED 145 ticket, and its being on sale does not prove the wheel is turning.

Terms match across sellers. Our notes from the official pages say a ticket is valid for its chosen date and time, one use, with no refunds or exchanges. Tiqets and Headout say the same. Do not pay early until the wheel’s status is clear.

Best time to ride

The operator names no best time. One rotation takes about 38 minutes, and the FAQ advises arriving 30 to 60 minutes before your slot.

Sunset is at 17:38 on 1 November and 17:28 on 29 November, the earliest of the year. A slot from about 17:00 should carry you through daylight and sunset, with the lights coming on near the end. GetYourGuide calls 12:00 to 16:30 and 20:00 non-prime hours, which suggests late-afternoon slots cost more. We could not read slot prices, so check the date picker.

Pick a clear day, because the wheel does not run in rain or heavy wind.

Kids and cabin rules

  • Child ticket: ages 3 to under 12, with ID at entry. Infants under 3 have a separate ticket.
  • Supervision: anyone under 16 must be with an adult aged 21 or over.
  • Family pass: 2 adults aged 12 or over, one of them 21 or over, and 2 children aged 3 to 12.
  • Cabins: there are 48 cabins, each holding up to 40 people. Groups on shared tickets can be split across cabins, so a large party may not ride together.

Getting there

Ain Dubai is on Bluewaters Island. Ticket holders get up to 4 hours of underground parking if you validate a same-day ticket at the ticket office. The F57 bus runs from the Jebel Ali metro bus stop to the island daily from 6am to midnight, and until 1am on Fridays.

If the wheel is closed

Other decks, checked 30 October 2026: Sky Views Dubai from AED 89, The View at The Palm from AED 115 and Burj Khalifa from AED 189. See Dubai observation decks compared. Go City does not include the wheel. Its only Ain item is a houseboat cruise.

How to book it cheapest

  1. Confirm the wheel is running before you pay.
  2. Buy on the official site. It is the only seller with a standalone ticket.
  3. Take Views unless you want the fast queue or lounge. Views Plus costs AED 50 more and Premium AED 120 more.
  4. Families of four should price the family pass first.
  5. Check the slot price in the date picker before you choose an evening slot.
  6. Treat the ticket as final once bought.

Is Ain Dubai open?

We could not confirm it. The official site lists daily hours and shows no closure notice, but Gulf News reported the wheel closed on 1 March 2026 and temporarily closed on 24 March 2026, and we found no reopening announcement. Email guestservices@aindubai.com before you pay.

Are Ain Dubai tickets cheaper on Klook, GetYourGuide, Tiqets or Headout?

No reseller has a standalone ticket on sale. Tiqets says it has no tickets right now, Headout says the experience is unavailable and GetYourGuide has delisted its own. GetYourGuide still sells a marina yacht cruise with Ain Dubai entry from AED 280, which is a bundle.

What is the best time to ride Ain Dubai?

The operator does not name one. A ride takes about 38 minutes, and sunset in November is between 17:28 and 17:38, so a slot from about 17:00 covers daylight, sunset and the lights. GetYourGuide treats 12:00 to 16:30 and 20:00 as non-prime hours, so the evening slots may cost more.

What are the age rules for children on Ain Dubai?

Child tickets cover ages 3 to under 12 and need ID at entry, and under 3s have a separate infant ticket. Anyone under 16 must be with an adult aged 21 or over. The family pass is for 2 adults aged 12 or over, one of them 21 or over, and 2 children aged 3 to 12.
